Lactococcus garvieae is the Gram-positive cocci bacteria known as causative agent of infectious systemic disease. It causes fatal hemorrhagic septicemia in mainly cultured fish species, animals, and humans worldwide. Comparative genome analyses provide valuable information about identification unique genomic features. In this study, available L. genomes are evaluated by comparative genomics approaches.
